Thee Power Of Twee

Still loads to do and have not had time to listen to all that much music, sadly. But I saw in a e-mail that there were some new California snow story songs so that I must look up. Otherwise I can not stop listening to Jedi mind tricks - “Uncommon valor: a vietnam story” , well the whole album. I listened to them a lot around the time of their first albums, at the end of 06 they released a great album, their fifth, from which this song is. It features R.A. The Rugged man and he gives me the best rapping I have heard in a long while. Not some mtv shit, the real shit! This is where you hear the difference between skill and commercialism. The whole song is just pure greatness, best song of 2006 with out a doubt!!! (if you like the movie Full metal jacket you will recognize some things…)

It has been a while since last and it is that time of year when one should put up a 2006 something something list. But I really do not feel like doing it at the moment, but I have scribbled down the titles, but to find pictures, write here… well it takes time and time is not something I have at the moment. I have shit loads to do and at the moment I find myself listening to those other genres that I love, which would not really fit here (not that I would care whether they would fit or not, that would be narrowing yourself… I would go nuts if I only could listen to one genre).
